Squeaky window..
I just fixed my squeaky window this weekend. Unlike some it was not the felt strips at the opening that was causing the noise. I had to remove the inner door panel and gain access to the guide rails. At the bottom of each rail is a plastic pulley that the cable goes around. IF this pulley is whats making the noise as it was for me you can verify it by sticking your hand down and holding the pulley in place while you run the window partially up and down.....common sense says watch your hand! if they noise level goes away then its that pulley if only lightens up then its both. I was able to get some slick 50 sprayed on to the face of the pulley which worked its way on to the pulley shaft....problem fixed. My window and me are happy again. I also have tinted windows and do not have any film or anything on my window since the glass does not contact this. You may also want some sort of sealant handy to glue to water guard back to your inner door panel.

You guys had it figured out before I could post. The sound presents as though it is the glass or top end making the noise. This is thanks to the cable-drive system, which resonates any sounds throughout the entire assy. You will find that lubing the pulleys is a short-term solution, and will likely last about a year before coming back, depending on window usage. If left unattended, the pulley will actually crack/disintegrate due to the cable tension, at which point your cable becomes a time bomb as it is rubbing metal on metal.
. It only takes about 15 minutes to take off the door panel to fix this. 2 bolts at bottom of door. 2 bolts behind door handle trim. pop off window control panel and speaker grill. remove speaker and 2 bottom plastic pieces that speaker screws go into. remove bolt behind window control panel. lift up on door panel and then out. you can access bottom pulley through door near bottom.
Hope this helps.
