check your coil springs...one could be broken..

Spray lube on each individual part while a friend lifts up and down. Maybe you can rule out the easy stuff immediately.

The sway bar bushing is the same thing as the end link bushings.

thanks man I planned on doing that when I get back that way I can play process of elimination. hopefully it's something simple

yes it is, I'm 99% sure that's them. I can fell the vibration that shouldn't be there in the whole lower control arm an in the ball join when I push the truck up an down
