Default Squeak when getting out on drivers side?

I have an 05 FX4 with a 2.5" HBS level and 34.6" tires and when I get out on the drivers side, like, when my weight is completely off the truck there's a squeak. I'm hoping its nothing serious and some WD40 will help. I just need to know where to put it. Any ideas?

Try rocking the truck on the outside and see if it makes the sound. It could be a strut squeaking or a coil

It could be a lot of things. I know on my truck, the lower bushing on the front driver side strut completely failed. I sprayed it with some lube to quiet it down for a couple weeks until I could replace my struts.

I would start by lubricating your door hinges, locks, tailgate. Then take a look at all the suspension bushings and check for blown seals.

It's definitely around the front left wheel.

I have what sounds like the same problem when I drive it'll do it to but not all the time. Does that sound like the strut bushing as well?

My strut bushing would make noise on bumps but it wasn't really loud until it got really bad. By the time I replaced it, it was completely gone. Like, the bushing exploded haha. Its just one of the moving parts up there so you are best to check out everything in the front suspension, grease whatever grease nipples you can, and check for cracked rubber. Also, my tailgate was making a terrible squeak when I got my truck but a little grease in the hinges quieted it up so might want to check that out.

I noticed the same squeak right after I bought my 04. I went to rotate the tires one day and noticed my front left coil spring was actually broken.

Since I put on my level and added the new tires and rims, I have the same squeak whenever I hit a bump. I can only hear it with the windows down. Tried jumping up and down at home to find but I cant replicate it.
