Default Speedometer, plugs and ??

2005 F150 STX 4X4 Edge EVO Gotts K-N 4.6L 3.55 gears
I have several questions:
1. My speedometer/odometer seems to be off by a couple of MPH. I found this out by checking mile markers (odometer) and the police have a speed check device (speedometer) that they set up now and then. I am running LT265/70/17 and have set my EVO accordingly since the circumference is different from stock. Is there a way to adjust the speedometer/odometer?
2. Is SP493 better than the SP413 plug? If so what is the benefit of platinum over the 413's metal, nickel or copper I think?
3. I am going to replace the fuel module relay. How does it unplug; clip, twist, snap, etc? I don't want to break anything and laying under the truck to get the thing off may offer an opportunity to do so, lol.
4. My friend has an '08 5.4L with black boots so that means he has the two piece plug. Is the replacement one piece plug a good choice when he replaces his plugs and any recommendations would be appreciated?

1. Even though I have 37in tires I still had to back off the size on my EVO bc it was still about 4mph off at anything over 50mph. If you choose to do this, you will have to mess with the EVO tire circumference either up or down. Thats what worked for me. Mine is 36.8 now and its 1mph off at 50mph

#3 answer - the plug is similar to others on the truck - just lift the retainer and pull it apart. My module was still in good shape although it was the original. I made a fiber gasket to place underneath it, put fiber washers on both bolts. Now it is isolated from the frame and should not be affected by electrolosis.
If yours needs to be replaced the new one will have longer bolts and rubber gromets.
The biggest part of this job is taking the spare down and putting it back up.

Where did you get the replacement from? How much if you don't mind sharing.

I did NOT replace mine as it looked to be in very good condition.
Amazon has the best price I have seen tho. $54.31 for Dorman FPDM.
