Default Sparkplug tool

Was wondering if anyone knows the "special" tool required to extract the spark plugs? Also is it possible to rent it from Checker O'Reilly, have a battle willing to do it.

Do y'all know how hard it is to do this process, and how long it takes?

Have you looked at the top of this forum page and read through the sticky labeled "5.4L 3V Spark Plugs Engine Build Dates before 10/09/07 "

Just click on the above link to take you there.

Or search on spark plugs; most likely is the most commonly written about topic on this forum.

It depends on how many plugs you end up breaking.I would pack a lunch search this forum for brocken plug or ford 3v plug removel there are several infomative posts on this subject and and how to reduce the chance of breakage. Bubbabud 2011 2011 XLT SC Ecoboost
