Default Spark plugs

I'm getting a missfire no code just self diagnosed so I'm thinking plugs or coil packs do they make a 1 peice plug (for lack of better terminology)

I just bought coils and plugs for min this will be my 2nd change, should it be less likely to break than the first change? 90k on the first set and 45k on this set.

Yea I just dread doing it I know it's gonna break off and I know that tool will extract them but I just dread the thought Olof it

if you have SP-507's in there they will come out in one peice

Well hopefully that's what it is what's the best plug to get for the replacement as far as being able to get them out in the future
