Spark plug sleeve

Default Spark plug sleeve

Hey guys, got a socket stuck inside the spark plug "tube?" Anyway I pulled the socket out and this tube came with it can I buy a replacement?

Just get a couple washers large enough to surround that spark plug well rim around the socket, and tap the socket out from the bottom using a vice..

sleeve should just push back in place if i remember correctly

If I can't get it out of the sleeve, do you know if they sell these?

So much dirt and grit showing in the pictures.
You need to use compressed air to clean the area before removing the plugs.
Will not get all the dirt out but will be much better and less likely to jam the parts or contaminate the cylinders.

I have cleaned the other bank and cylinders with my air compressor but this was the first cylinder I came to and got the socket stuck so I didn't clean it until I could get the socket out.

I had that happen to me....knock the plug out and slip the sleeve back in

Is the OTC 6900 equivalent to the Ford tool?
