Sundown SD series for under seat sub can't get much better for the price...also look at the new ppi ba series amps from precision power they are good cheap amps.

I found it on eBay. I can see if I can get a link to the page its on. I just ordered the two 12"s today. It holds shallow Subs less then 4" deep.
