Default So I had this idea...

I bought some LED circular lights and was hoping to put them in the opening by the front license plate in the bumper. But there’s not much to bolt onto...How hard would it be to mount them to the mirrors, like in between the mirror and A pillar? Or up on the cowl? I saw some brackets online but they’re like $80. Was hoping not to have to order anything else but that might be my best bet. They also fit almost perfectly in the stock fog light cutouts on my Tacoma but again there’s nothing to bolt to. If all else fails I may put them on my motorcycle to replace my current auxiliary lights (these have an amber halo). Thoughts?

I will also likely be adding Hella 500 Black Magic’s I have sitting in the garage behind the honeycomb grill or on a bumper light bracket.

Do you do a bit of offroad/dirt or back country road driving?

I'd bag that idea and get a lightbar that fits into the lower grill opening, seen a few threads on this. Seems like you can get a cheap bar on EBAY if you want.

N-Fab makes one. I have one on my 2004. I got if off Amazon.

I live in a heavily deer populated area and I also don’t have great night vision so I like to have my lights haha. Have a 30” bar in the Tacoma bumper

I wonder if those threads could help me find a way to mount the current lights in the bumper...I mean they fit but I’d need to make a bracket that sinks deeper into the bumper so the lights don’t stick out too far in front. I try to do things pretty cleanly. I’ve done rear flush mount LEDs in my other truck too

Sounds very unsafe for anybody around if you were to mount those things to your mirrors.
Sounds silly to me.

Why? Glare? Wasn’t planning on running em on public roads except for the amber halo
