Every now and then my wipers move REALLY slow across my windshield, I did a search of the site and there was really only one post where a member fixed the problem by changing his altenator, well, I tested mine and got 14.79 volts so I dont think thats the problem, as I said it's only every now and then and no one I know can figure it out.
