Did you try to grease up the cables?

I get power to the motor (checked on a meter). The motor turns when I unbolt the motor from the regulator. When the motor is out, I can slide the window back and forth, although it's stiff as hell...

I tried lubing it with Lithium grease, no real difference.

With the motor disengaged from the cable/gear assembly I just kept lubing the track and exposed cable and sliding the window back and forth. It became easier to slide as the grease worked its way in to the cable and along the top and bottom tracks.

Also it would be a good idea to clean out any gunk on the track with a q-tip before greasing. Just make sure you work from the edges to the center.

I used a spray lithium.

Good stuff here. Especially the part about pushing down on the back seat, then up. I almost threw my back out, I was pulling up on the seat so hard. lol Guess I'll check the switch on the headliner console first (now that someone explained how it's attached), then try the cleaning, lubing and/or tapping the motor. I don't use it very often, now that I'm not towing my boat these days...so it could have become stiff.
