Yes, you can buy separate. Just ask for coil boots at the store. You can also use a bit of dielectric grease to seal out moisture.
Make sure you torque the new plugs in at 28ft lbs and be careful that the socket stay straight so you don't crack one.
Do you know if the plugs have ever been changed? If not, you may want to have a lisle tool on hand in case one breaks.
