Default Shocks which ones?

Time to replace my shocks I guess, 65k miles 4x4 with 2.5" leveling kit, rear is stock.

Whats everyone running with a leveling it? Dont want to spend a whole bunch of money, I cant really find which ones fit a leveled truck and which ones are struts, kinda confusing

They are quite pricey, but you get what you pay for and they will last a long time. The fronts are more expensive cuz its a strut. Look around on the internet and find someplace that has a good deal like a promo/coupon code going on.
Bilstein 4600's are a good replacement, its what i have on rear,

5100's are an upgrade and a lil more

I have the regular Bilstein HDs that I just put on a 2004 F150 4x4 that I recently bought with 112k miles on it. The truck now rides as well as my Suburban LTZ. I have used Gabriels, Monroes, Ranchos and Bilstein 5100s over the years and nothing rides better or lasts longer than Bilstein HDs. Pay the extra to get the best and you won't have to replace them again in another 30-40,000 miles.
