Default Self Customization Help!

Okay im going to try and explain myself as clearly as possible.
My brother has a red 2006 F150 STX and I want to black it out when i buy it from him later this year, but im going to start the process now.

I already know how to do the headlights (leaving the tails stock for now).
Know how to do the emblems (have a spare front to play with)

But what i dont know about is the rims. He has the 17" Stainless Steel upgrade wheels that came with the STX package but i want them to be black.

How would i go about getting them that way.
I could either
A) Sandblast then powdercoat (exspensive)
B) Sand, Bedline, Sand to smooth then high heat paint (redneck way)
C) Anything you can suggest to me!

Save up the money and either do option A or sell those rims and go buy some black ones. Do it right the 1st time and be happy.

$250 isn't bad at all, I paid $75 a rim for powdercoat on my Mustang rims and consider every dime well spent....
