Default Seatbelt ringer

Is there a way to make the truck stop ringing when the driver isn't wearing the seatbelt. My uncle never wears it and when riding with him or talking on the phone with him it's pretty annoying.

Does it stay that way or is it something that has to be done every time you start it. I know the right thing to do is just put it on but he never has.

You could go to a junkyard and get some off a wrecked car or truck. Thats how I did it in my 04.

Do the hokey pokey, pat your head and rub your belly, chew gum and walk at the same time, while you jump up and down on one foot.

It's permanent. The same process will turn it back on again. I did mine a couple of years ago. It took me quite a few tries as I kept messing up at one point or another.

I did mine because I sit in my truck and eat my lunch. I often have it running for heat or air conditioning.

Good idea but he would never do that and I'm mostly doing it for me as I think it's realy annoying and he doesn't notice it any more, would of came in handy before I went on a 7 hour road trip with him last summer. But I'll probly check it out tomorrow.

Yea I had to buy the ones from junkyard cause I couldn't get mine to work. To shut it off. It wasn't so bad unless you were driving at 6am
