I'm assuming this is the brake booster line that I let suck the seafoam in? Is that correct? How would I do it; I pulled on the line but it seemed tight on there. Normal or not? I addition, start the engine first, then pull the line, let suck, hook the line up, then shut the truck off for 15-20 mins and the start and rev?

Where it makes that 90 going down, it should disconnect there!! Not the same on my truck but that should be where it comes apart. Hold the top piece and you should be able to pull the lower hose off

Edit: that is it in the pic. Pull the line off and spray down into the TB. Then shut the truck off if it doesn't stall and let it sit..
My intake has a capped vacuum line on the opposite side- would be easier to take that cap off and make an adapter that reduces the size down to a small straw and let it suck the cleaner in.

When I used the brake booster vacuum line to introduce seafoam into the engine, I ended up pulling the line and T away from the booster housing on my 2005. Once I pulled the lower hose off the T, I was easily able to plug the T back into its original location. Once done with the Seafoam, it friction fit right back onto the T and away I went.

Not sure this was helpful, but it ended up working well for me.....

If you get the deep creep, the straw is about 2 feet long... The bend that is in the straw should be aimed to the back of the TB away from the MAF... Just pull your cap off, watch your aim, and spray away...

I tried this a couple weeks ago and got no smoke. Zero. Should I be worried?

I would say you're fine. I barely had smoke come out of mine after letting it sit for 30 minutes.

No, don't worry. My old FX4 smoked a lot but my current truck did not and I used the same method of sucking sea foam through the brake booster line. But on each truck I did notice the idle being smoother after the sea foam.

For about 1/3 of the can or just under half a can.... It works the best through the throttle body IMO...

The long straw seafoam provides with deep creep makes this method very safe since the straw is literally touching the throttle plate through that hole..
On my Volant I just pull the breather hose and do it through there. It only takes about 2 mins.
