Default SCT X4 tuner advice...

Hey guys, I am looking to add a tuner back Miss Georgia. Originally I had the BullydogGT and wasn't impressed at all. Went with the EDGE CS and noticed a little bit "wakening up" but not enough to make me want to keep it. I am now looking at going with the new SCT X4 but haven't heard anything good or bad about it.... Has anyone out there gotten it yet? Know anyone that has one and has good results? Any and all input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!!

I absolutley love mine. Shifts are so much smoother and when on the 93 tune, the truck is a new animal. I really like all of the parameters that can be easily changed throught the tuning menu and also having real time readouts for all sorts of different sensors and goodies is a huge plus to me.

Just be careful not to get your expectations too high on a tuner. You've had a good one with edge, I don't think you'll see a major difference between the edge and sct. At least the sct is custom tunable, which is where you will really get the most out of your tunes.

The tuner is one part of the ugrades about to happen. Also going with Headers and regearing to 4.10s. with these 3 mods I BETTER be noticing a difference....

I believe power hungry performance might be. I know they sell sct tuners, so I would expect them to tune them too

I have the X4 on my truck and like it pretty well. The only complaint I have is that I don't get all the extra options and gauges on mine because it is the XL model. My father in law has the bully dog on his truck and the screen is really small. I like that the X4 has a larger color screen but is not huge like the X3. I plan on getting some custom tunes which should make a bigger difference than the ones that come with it, but then again it's not a diesel truck so you can't expect the huge gains like you can from a powerstroke. I suggest getting one from the group buy through Franchimotorsports if he is still doing it.
