check the fuse that powers the diagnostics port, it should be the same one that powers the cig lighter.

Well out of frustration I turned key off and unplugged the tuner and no start I am so screwed now. I wished I never bought a tuner now.

I would still get in touch with SCT, you wont be out anything if you can get this worked out. Once you get it working right you will be glad you bought that tuner, trust me.

What he said. Just call SCT in the morning, ( www.sctflash.com ) and see what they say. Sounds like you just lost contact with the pins while it was plugged in. Try it again toinght or tomorrow. Uploading a tune will take 3 to 4 mins max. I just swapped 3 tunes around with a X3 on my Mustang last night while testing different performance tunes.

It's def worth doing by far.

Well I tried again with the back light off and again after about 10 minutes the LCD went out. Well there is deff something wrong with this thing if it is only supposed to take about 2 minutes! Here is the big kicker I bought it used and he just got it back from SCT for this issue. This whole damn transaction has now been going on for over a month! I am about sick and tired of messing with this. I will call them tomorrow if I can get a chance and if I can get cell service.
