I used to work for a scratch removal company on car lots. If it can't be waxed or buffed out it leaves you with 2 options- wetsand and a buffer or paint. Although we had a system that had paint with special bonding agents and you rubbed in in the paint and buffed the excess off and leave the paint in the scratch. Being a painter I couldn't believe it worked, but the kit is 10k and it's not available to the public. I did my truck and 4 years later the scratches didn't come back
