Will the OEM nav unit from an '05 allow me to operate a rear view camera? Will it power the audiophile subwoofer in an '08 screw?

 

Pretty sure its a yes with the camera. As for the amp I wanna say yes but not 100% sure

 

To get a rear camera to work with your stock navagation (Ford), it will need reprogramming. The latter models (08 and up I think) came prepared to work with a rear camera. I have an 07 OEM factory nav system in my '05 STX....no rear camera feature.

Did Ford offer a factory nav system in the '05 F150's? I thought it was 06 or 07 before it was an offered option.

 

I placed a WTB ad for an '08 OEM nav unit. Someone has offered to sell me one that came from an '05. I asked for an '08 unit because the '08s had a rear view camera as an option. This is why I asked my question.
