Default ?'s On edge evo

So im wanting to purchase a edge and have a few questions. First, If i need warrenty work done do I just return it to stock and take it out? Second, I was reading how they are for stock trucks and I have dual exhuast on my truck will this interfere with each other?

Thanks

It would be a good idea to return to stock and take out..Some dealers may not care if it's left in there, but why take the chance? The exhaust shouldn't cause any probs with the Edge..Enjoy the new toy

i just bought an evo and can tell you right now that you need to run 93 or higher octane fuel if your going to be on extreme other than that your good. but if i were you i would order a php gryphon over the edge. i bought my edge used with the intentions of converting it in the near future

does anyone know if you buy an edge evolution, that if you ever want to take it out, will your truck be all messed up or will it perform exactly as it did before you installed the edge evo.

thanks

Ok thanks guys for the help. I was thinking about getting the gryphon but found a used edge for pretty cheap so I'm probably going to go with that.

Before the tuner rewrites the PCM it makes a copy of the stock tune and saves it in the unit. So when you return it to stock, it's the same tune that was in it. It will be exactly the same as before.

i always have my edge evo on the tow setting. it makes a pretty big diffrence in power and torque. ide like to run it on the performance setting but i dont want to pay for the more expensive gas

I use to run mine on tow/haul all the time but I have noticed that my truck actually runs a little smoother on the performance setting. But to be honest I don't really notice a huge difference in power.
