you might want to get a dashhawk to monitor all all of your temps and other things.

How can the truck have power from just one terminal?

I realize that after doing a bit of research. Lol. They are both tuners in them selves.

There is still power if the negative is connected. It just doesnt complete the circuit. I dont remember how it works, but i learned it in automotive school. In order to do anything you disconnect the neg. disconnecting the positive wont reset anything. You need to disconnect the negative.

It does reset it because my CEL goes away, my clock gets cleared, ect.

My suggestion definitely would be an Xcal III and Troyer custom tuning. However, if you need it quickly then VMP is getting some very good reviews. I am thinking about ordering a couple tunes from them simply to feel the differences between VMP and Troyer.
