to cut the back you just have to turn your tires full turn each way and get in there and cut. I used a box knife and just sliced thru the plastic no problem. the only problem your going to have is to bang out the corner of the fender well with a hammer. Just turn your tires until you feel them rub and go out and look and see where it is and cut about 2" above where it rubs. better if you have somebody out there to look while you turn your tires and mark where it rubs for you on both sides.

here this shows how much I had to trim the back splash in the wheel well.
