Default grille

grilles are still being made but I tore part of my left calf muscle playing softball. I'm in work getting some friends move stuff in my garage so I can sit in there on a chair and work on the grilles. I made enough room to walk around when I cleaned it out the other day while I was on leave making it more work friendly, then it started to rain so the last bit of stuff got tossed in there, now I have to get more room to set up a table and a chair cause I usually just stand and make the grilles now it's a bit more difficult... they said that there is a chance of a blood clot so to keep a look out at my toes to make sure things are good to go through out the day and 14 days light duty with no prolonged standing... I'm an instructor too so that sucks for work...I have to sit at a desk with my foot proped up.

Default grille update

OK all, even with my messed up leg, I have EVERY order cut, and brackets drilled, Now it's time to try standing and bending the brackets, gotta use the vise for that.... and finish the shaping of the grilles. I've got 14 orders working at the same time trying to do everything in stages for as long as my leg will let me. when the toes start tingling then it's time to take a break and prop the leg up! I know some orders have taken a while and sorry for that...I'm working on getting things done in a more timely manor, the wife didn't realize just HOW WELL these were selling. Today when she saw all the orders laid out, she got the hint, lol
More to come all and I think the FX2 guys will be please when they see the finished grille in there trucks!! I had to go with a two bracket design, and I think it works out really well.
thanks again for all the support.

Glad to hear that you're moving around a little......

Default Final grille price change

I've sold a 06-08 on Ebay for 105.00 the start bid was 90.00 and it was only on there for 45 min before someone bought it now for 105, another went for 90 and one sold last night for 106. SO, I'm going to bump the prices to 90.00 across the board. still with the bracket a 10.00 option.

So as of today Aug 01, 09 the prices are
04-05 4 bar 90.00
04-05 5 bar 90.00
06-08 3 bar 90.00
04-08 FX2 90.00
optional center brace 10.00

all prices are shipped....20.00 extra to ship to Canada.
