Interesting way to put it, I am guessing blend door actuator or compressor.

The condenser is in front of the radiator near where ambient temp sensor is -outside air temp . The evaporator is in the dash ,its the one that gets cold .
Condensers job is to cool the compressed gas from the compressor that helps turn it back into a liquid half way thru using air coming thru front grill ,it then goes to orifice on evaporator spraying into evaporator sucking up heat . Just like you standing behind a hose on a hot day spraying water it sucks up the heat .
So you can then decide what area unit they changed . Its hard to cool a gas it must be under high pressure pushing molecules together then cooled .

I realize that the board he is talking about is probably the dash board . But I decided to get some clarification just in case . The temp gauge still has me confused , I don't know if he has the auto system for air or is he talking about outside air temp .
I have the auto system which displays the desired temp you want . Perhaps he has something else . I have the info system to tell outside air temp . Which sensor I believe is in front of condenser .

I think he means the cabin sensor and the dashboard, but since OP is from Venezuela perhaps English is not his main language.

OP, you should provide more detail as to what was wrong, who "they" are, and what they did.

Default Dash Board thermometer

[/ QUOTE]

Indeed, when I took the air conditioning system to repair, they disassembled the dashboard and from there it does not mark the ambient temperature, I really had not had time due to the obligations here at the ranch to write more details here, thank you
