Default Rocker and cab corner replacement suggestions

Any suggestions on where to buy replacement panels for both driver and passenger side? I am having a family friend do the work however they asked me to figure out where to get the panels . Also does anyone know what causes this so perhaps it can be prevented after they are replaced?

Here is a picture of the rust

Typical salt belt vehicle lol. My 06 is showing signs of cab corner rust. And just an FYI, if they use that liquid calcium crap in your area in the winter, it's like a million times worse than salt. The stuff should be illegal it's so damaging!

eBay has cab corners.

When mine started to show rust I began to squirt used motor oil into the panel. That seemed to slow it down a lot but eventually I'll need to replace mine as well. Mine is no where near as bad yours tho. I'd be interested to learn where the panel pieces can be found.
