Default Replacing Fender

I have a 2005 Ford F 150 SuperCrew and I'm wondering if the front passenger side fender from a 2008 will fit on my 2005?

They sell different fenders for 04-05 and 06-08. They are different part numbers.

All the bolts may not light up properly if you don't get the right one.

Also, there are two options. With pre drilled holes for the fender flare or without.

Lastly, don't buy an aftermarket fender. The sheet metal is thinner.

I just replaced a front fender on my 2008 a couple months back and went through all of this.

thank you for the info. Much appreciated. Also, might you know if the glass for the passenger mirror from said '08 will fit on my '05? I got clipped by a charter bus.

Yes, as long as the mirror is the same type, they'll work. There are a few options, manual, power, power with heat, etc.

You might find a whole used mirror assembly for pretty cheap at a junk yard or on Craigslist.

the housing itself is not damaged comma but when the bus hit me in the mirror pulled it in it popped the glass out. I found a replacement glass at the auto parts store for twenty bucks

Why isn't the charter co. insurance fixing these for you?
