Default Replacement Window Trim/Rubber Channel

So my passernger side window trim, the rubber channel the window slides in has shrunk about an inch. Due to this it has made the channel the window slides in thinner making it very hard for the window to go up and down.

I have tried to pull it back into place but it jsut isnt working. Now the exterior part has a small kink in it that is collecting water and im not sure where it is going after that. Also im sure its putting a huge strain on the window motor and eventually that will die.

Im looking for a place to buy the passenger side (or both sides) replacement rubber trim channel but I cant find anything on it anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can get pics later if anyone needs them.

Thanks Rob
