What is that harness called? I just got the new glass and motor but the wires don't connect to the motor without the harness isee in the above pic. Is it just called a power window motor wire harness?

I just got one on eBay with the backing for '07. Cost about 20 bucks, but I needed the defrost.

I recently smacked mirrors with another truck and broke both our mirror glass. I stopped in at my local Ford dealer and bought a new glass. Came with backing plastic that just snaps into place. My mirrors are heated and powered. $36.00 easy easy!
