To make it easier for future mods, go buy a pin stripe eraser wheel. Fits on a drill and works great. Bout $15 from a detail supply store.

Yeah I def looked into that when I was going to do mine, but was kinda worried about paint, but it def wouldve made the adhesive removal stage faster

It won't hurt the paint at all.

Are they just glued on or are there holes in the quarter panel / tailgate? I'd like to remove mine all together.

They are glued onto the truck, which is why heat is needed to pull them off. And there are 3 alignment holes in the fender.
