Default Remote starter install, Easy?

I want to install a remote starter on my 2004 F150. Have any of you guys done this and how hard was it to get going?

Yeah it's pretty easy. The hardest part is running the ignition wire but overall it's not hard. I've done it in about 2.5 hours.

I have remote start on my 2004 F150 FX4. My brother-in-law did it, and it probably took him 2.5 hours too. He worked for Circuit City for 10 years as an installer, so he knew what he was doing.

I wouldnt say its hard, just takes time. you will also need a bypass module. and if you can get your hands on a directechs sheet for the truck it will help alot! Next time I work I'll pull one up and post it on here.

I gotta be real honest with you, I put a Python alarm w/ remote start and I didn't install it. The guys at Circuit City installed it for free. It took them about 2.5 hours to install.
