Has anyone purchased/installed or seen the Recon pickup bed lights that mount underneath the bed rails?? they are so nice looking. Curious what troubles you may have gone thru with the installation? Thanks for any info.

 

I have a set. they are a very straight forward install. In fact I installed mine without even drilling the first hole. The double sticky tape that is on the led pods is absolutely great. My buddy who is a wiring Genius, thought that the tape would not stick in 10 degree weather. I also have a line-X bedliner. The lights are the best thing ever for a bed with a toneau cover. As one of my girl friends said it looks like a party in a box.

did you set them up with a toggle switch?
