HI everyone-new guy here, been lurking for awhile and decided to finally join up. I have an 06 F150 4x4 XLT-it has the tow pkg on it-how can I tell if it has heavy duty rear brakes or just the regular ones? I need to get them replaced and am doing it myself, but I am not sure what I have-any help? Thanks!

 

Perhaps another poster knows by "looks" or part number, but a sure way is to call your local Ford dealership, ask for the parts department, and provide them your rtrucks VIN number. They can pull that up and tell you what it's equipped with.
