Ive been having some problems with my current alternators been replaced twice and battery recently replaced in the last 6 months. Still having problems with the alternator. I current have a rebuilt aftermarket which people are saying stay away from. So I would like to see what you guys think is my better option, regardless of price! A rebuilt OEM alternator from ford? Or go with a new aftermarket one?

 

OEM... gotta have it...our trucks are very picky on this component ...

 

even tho its a remanufactured alternator you would still agree an OEM is better?

 

I agree with the OEM. I went that route when mine died, go for quality you'll save money in the long run.
