Strong suggestion when working on any vehicle: buy a good repair manual. Pep Boys, Autozone, NAPA, and others sell them. They are worth the 20 bucks you'll pay for them. They offer step by step with pictures for most repairs such as this, along with tips.

That would be my first step, then gather the good set of tools.

And the repair manual makes for good reading while "on the throne".

how much does a regular rear window for ford f150 . not a sliding window.

you have to pull the back seats out. i just happen to have the entire interior out of mine right now, using my mad MS Paint skills i circled the motor for you.
