Default rear end

if you bye your F150 used .. how can you tell which rear end it has (limited slip, no limited slip and so on.)?

Look up the axle code on the vehicle id sticker. Usually on the inside of the driver side door jam.

Look up your axle code located within your driver's door jam. Search axle codes or use your own terminology, and enjoy. You'll learn gear ratio, LS or not, etc...its "buy" by the way.
