Default really rough starts.

When I go to start my truck every morning instead of a normal fire up my truck almost pre detonates and than almost dies before it begins to run. Now I'm running an edge evo and I'm wondering I'd this might be a problem? Anybody else had this issue? I can't remember if this started before or after I installed the edge.

Hmm. Just changed plugs. Cops are all less than 2 year old and I cleaned throttle body less than 6 months ago. I'm so confused.

I'd disconnect the Edge first just to take it out of the loop for diagnostics. I'd also do a proper computer relearn to ensure the default programming is working normal. Also, when it does finally start does it idle normally? Some folks used the programmers to bump up their idle rpms a little to smooth it out, something like only +50rpm or so is all it takes.
