Default Rattling in Front End

So I have done all kinds of research on this, and have come to the point where I am pretty sure it has to do with the IWE system. The dealerships says they can't get the truck to replacate the noice I say it makes. So they say drive it till it does it all the time or something breaks. If I do this what kind of damage am I looking at causing? The truck only has 15800 miles. It is a 2007 F150 Lariat 4x4 SCab 5.4Flex. I bought it new. I drove it while I was on R&R in March since then it has been in the garage. My wife said she did not hear the noice when she took it to the dealership. If was being caused by some water in the lines would it dry out, and be ok? Would I have caused damage to the IWE with the few times it made the noise? It would stop when I would lift out of the throttle when I was home, and made the rattling noise maybe 10 times for a few secounds each time. Sorry this is so long. I am redeploying in about 2 weeks and want to get a heads up. I think I am gonna just drive it till the darn thing breaks, but I would like to know what might break.

worst case scenario you will destroy both hubs. but there is still an issue obviously. if there is water it needed to be drained out and if there is that much water obviously there is a leak somewhere and needs to be corrected.
