rancho quicklift
I just got mine for christmas, the reason i got them was so i could install myself, as i don't need a spring compressor to re-use the old coil. There's a video on youtube and it looks pretty easy, I'd post a link to the video but I'm on a school computer and its blocked. I bought mine from my4by.com, $162 a piece, 4wheelparts.com has them for $199, so obviously i went for the cheaper place, here's a link, it's the one for a 04-08 4x4 which I'm assuming you have.

I have a compressor and an impact gun, not sure it it would be able to do all that, plus dealing with renting a spring compressor, you have to pay them the full cost to rent it.

I used the Quick lift loaded struts, my son and I installed them in under 2 hours. We had a compressor and impact gun. After the lift I had 315/70/17 BFG all terrains on 17 x 8.5 Method wheels 0 offset, with a very minor rub on the rear plastic fender liner when backing up at full lock. I purchased them from Truckcustomizers.com.
