Forgot to add, I gained so much more when going to aftermarket. I gained, touchscreen, Android OS and apps, backup camera, navigation, Bluetooth, and front seat DVD (already had one for the backseats)

Cool so I'm not losing anything that doesn't already exist on the aftermarket radio. I got a Kenwood DNX5080EX. Thanks for the quick reply!

Also my aftermarket head unit comes with a steering wheel control wire. Do I still need to buy a Steering Wheel control interface to get the steering wheel controls to work?

Unless it says, specifically, that it supports Ford's implementation of SWCs, yes, you will need an adapter to know what pulse means what to the aftermarket radio.
