Default radio help!!

I recently installed an eclipse avn 5500 head unit in my 08 screw now I'm having prob with the axxess aswc interface steering wheel controls I'm only getting the source function to work no volume and no presets any one have any suggestions??

is there a wire on the head unit for "steering wheel controls" or do u have to to it all manually, wire by wire?

There is a wire from the steering that have to go to the head unit if supported or an adapter. And usually you have to program it, pressing the button in the steering wheel and then paring this info with the device.
I don't know that head unit, but with a pioneer you have to use a PAC swi-ps device and follow their instructions.

Everything wired tried to program an ms reset a few times got nothing I even took it to best buy to try it and they got the same results I was tryi to see if ant one had any if these problems

Sound's like your having a similar problem I had. The instructions that came with the controller weren't very clear, and I ended hooking mine up all wrong, however on their website they have very detailed instructions for your vehicle. So I looked it up for you, and here you go, try to hook it up per these directions, they worked for my set-up, Good Luck!

Thanks for the help bestbuy and I both tried these directions and both got the same result only the source button works
