Quicklift Loaded problem, semi solved...
Okay so I had the quicklift loaded 2.5" leveling kit that I threw on my truck to replace the OEM shock / struts and an Autospring 2.5" leveling kit. All was well and good until I added a winch and winch mount. (Go Rhino winch mount with brush guards) adding about #250 over the nose of the truck). I ended up with a dip of about 1"...
Now my photography stinks so I am not linking the pics, but I measured the before and after installation photos from adding some coil spring boosters called "Coil Sumo Springs" But long story short, After adding them back, I got most, but not all of my height back, and after adding this and setting the shock dial up a few notches, the front of the truck no longer wags on whoop de doos. I regained 3/4" of the lost height.
I still have to get the truck into my BIL's shop and fix the tranny leak, and finish the trimming on the fenders, but once done, I should have no clearance problems, and have the truck road, and off road ready, prepared for the spring trips, as well as next falls deer season... I am definately stoked on this. Looking forward to having the truck back in full use!
