Default Questions

Do these trucks have manual or automatic valve bodies?

How long do ball joints usually last on a 4x4?

Is anyone running an aftermarket cam? (considering this with phasers)

Does anyone have a back to back dyno sheet on the same dyno of a chipped truck vs a stock tuned truck?

Sorry for the all at once attack.

Automatic valve bodies. Can't help you on ball joints. What motor are you wanting details on? After market cams are very expensive and the hp is not worth the cost at least on the 5.4. Go with forced induction. A run of the mill tuner regardless of who you get it from may get you 15-20hp if your lucky and a mail order tune could be as high as 25-27hp and your truck will operate much better in daily driving. Mike Troyer can tune your stock F-150 and with a worthy exhaust and intake system which he can supply and extract 270-275 rwhp from an otherwise stock 5.4.
