Tires-Goodyear DuraTrac 295/65/18

What is optimum tire pressure for highway driving with max of 800lb quad in the bed?? No towing.....

You could run it anywhere between 35-45 psi. Whatever you're more comfortable with. That size holds quite a bit of weight. You could run it 35 when you are empty and just commuting but maybe bump it to 40 or 45 when your quad is in the back to stiffen them up a little but the tires will still hold the load you are wanting at 35.

If you run it as low as 35-45 keep an eye on your wear. Max PSI is 80 and running it that low can cause the tread to wear unevenly.

Max is max for the tire, not the truck. No reason to go over 45 unless you want to rattle your fillings out.

My family has owned our own tire business since the 70's and i keep 65-75lbs in my 10 ply tires and they wear evenly and average around 40k miles per set.

not a chance im running my tires at 80psi... 40-45 for me and see even where and decent mileage always

i have owned numerous sets of 35s 33s you name it ive owned it. 10plys on a half ton i run 40psi. Ive gotten 50000+ out of nitto mud grapplers
