Default Question on edge evo

Some of you may know I got the tuner earlier this week, I went to start up this morning and a message popped up. What is this?

It says IMPORTANT: I accept the terms and conditions of use in owners manual

Press <ENTER> to agree

Its standard, just press it one more time on next start up and it will disappear. Its a CYA on their part, so that if you blow something up, you can't blame them.

Well it came up this morning when I left for work, and happened two more times when I got to work. Only when I'd shut it off and start back up, so is it gonna pop up every time i start it?

It shouldn't if you hit the "Enter" button. Mine went away after I did it 3 times.
