the difference is minimal between the oem and replacement ones. as for the plugs breakin i did it on the e350 that im pretty sure was the 3 valve and if it was pretty tight comin off i just sprayed more PB in

im just relaying what ive heard from other owners of the 5.4 3v, but ive ran cheap plugs before then went to OEM i could tell a big difference
