Default Projector headlights?

I have OEM head lights with an hid kit high and low beam. Also have an hid kit for ny fog lights. Is there any way to get my hid light into the projectors? How good are projectors compared to stock headlights?

Depends on projectors do a retrofit to do it right. Hid bulbs in halogen projectors=trash.

You buy a projector, take your current housing apart, and then mount it in there. There are some write ups on how to do this.

This is the guide I followed: http://www.f150online.com/forums/200...-retrofit.html

It isn't difficult by any stretch, just take your time.

It would just be better to keep my oem lights then. Whats so good about a projector? Other than safety for the other drivers

Allows you to see a lot better and farther down the road than halogen.

Halogen =

Projectors really aren't all that brighter than a halogen. They are so focused and cut off that it doesn't seem like your getting much light at all. My buddy just spent $800 on a retrofit and a week after he had them he sold them because he said they don't light up **** lol.
