Try cleaning the throttle plate. Remove the throttle body, and clean the backside of carbon buildup. It's commonly reported here on this forum that low idle/rough idle has been atributed to carbon buildup on the throttle body plate. Get a can of throttle body cleaner (don't use carb cleaner, as the throttle body plate has a special coating on it), remove the intake assembly tube from the throttle body, remove the throttle body, and spray the throttle body cleaner on the plate and intake bore.

This topic (throttle body) came up last week. A poster was unsure where it was, so I posted a link in his post with pictures. Use the search, look for "throttle body", and you'll find it.
Having the same problem with my truck. got some tb cleaner and its back to normal
