well the people who have bad experiences often never tell about the good... to tell you the truth, at first i thought it was going to be a waste.. i called edge and they walked me through everything step by step, there was no wait time on the phone, and the handled everything professionally. I highly recommend this for someone looking for a quick and easy upgrade. you can feel the difference as soon as its programmed correctly. for those who have bad experiences, i think its unlikely because edge will take returns and give you a new one if thats the case. i dont see where people could have problems. The only thing i can think of is human error on the buyers part. you can ruin your truck if you customise the evolution wrong, but it clearly warns you beforehand. just my thoughts on the edge evolution... hope this helps anyone who was thinking about getting one

^good point^

most people will jump to point out the flaws with a company, but they are not as quick to praise them when the company actually stands behind their product.

there is no doubt that the edge works, but some people are haveing some problems with getting the edge installed, but it seems as if every time edge trys to make it right no mater what.

the only problems that i had was just a simple driver install on my computer that edge told me how to fix and to update the programmer, that took a total of 3 minutes. most people dont even have to do the update, mine was just an older model.
