I want a prerunner style front bumper replacement for my 2004 f150 fx4 but i cant seem to find any i like online. If any of you guys have a prerunner, post a picture please. Or if know any places that make reliable bumpers that aren't that overpriced, that would work too. Thanks something like this bumper would be awesome!
Recently got mine done out of a shop in Las Vegas, Vegas Dezert Fab. Definitely rather go a custom / fabricated route than any of those nFab, etc. type of bumpers.. way overpriced. They charge $800, and can fab the bumper without your truck and have it shipped to you (additional fee).

How was the craftsmanship on your bumper? I might just look into a custom bumper. Thanks man, nice truck!
Craftsmanship is great. Good welds, is beefy and really secure. It's bolt on. The only gripe I have with it is that it sticks out a few inches from the valance. But that'll give me proper backspacing when I put LED pods on the front.
How far does it stick out christiannc2? can you shoot a top down shot? do you have light tabs installed as well? and was VDF supplying it to you Powder coated for that price?
Addictive Dessert Designs make some really cool looking ones. I myself didn't want to pay $1,000+ on bumper for a truck with over 150k miles on it. looking on some local sales forums (marketplace, Letgo, Etc.) I saw and purchased a raptor style bumper for a 2015, it wasn't as deep and i had to drill new holes to line up, BUT its on secure and doesn't look too bad. all for just $200 ( it has some rust, going to rino line it soon to match my step sides). its a little wide, sticks out about 2 inches on each side and I'm not totally in love with it, but for the price its great and looks 100% better than that bulky piece of steel and plastic it comes with. the smaller the better i think, i would have left the whole bumper off if it was still protected.
Roast all you want. I am posting this bc when i was doing pre runner bumper research i couldn't find one person who had modified a different bumper to fit. most of the ford frame rails are the same width apart. it is possible but you may have to modify your bumper or bumper mounts. i just wish it wasnt so wide, last pic is with no bumper
